First UMC-Stanley

First UMC-Stanley is sponsoring a Nepalese Refugee Student, Lachu, who has just started college at UNC-Pembroke, where he is thriving with a 3.5 GPA, made the highest grade on final project in English class, and is goalie on the school's Club Soccer Team. Lachu's humility and determination steal your heart when you meet him.

As he returns to college, his books cost over $400. If you would like to join us in supporting Lachu, you can give online @ fumcstanley.org/fumc-wp/giving/.
Be sure to type "Lachu's Books" in Note Section of payment.
